 عرف الادارة Management 

الإدارة هي دعوى للحصول على الافراد  لتحقيق هدف معين أو أهداف المنظمة

Management is an action of getting people together to accomplish a particular goal or objective of the organization

Organizing :المنظمة 

المنظمة: وظيفة التنظيم القيادة تسيطر على الهيكل العام للشركة

the organizing function of leadership controls the overall structure of the company

Planning :التخطيط

وظيفة التخطيط للرقابة الإدارية عن التخطيط الذي يسمح للمنظمة لبسلاسة.

the planning function of management controls all the planning that allows the organization to run smoothly. 

staffing :التوظيف  

 وظيفة الموظفين من إدارة يسيطر على كل التوظيف والاحتياجات الشخصية للمنظمة

The staffing function of management controls all recruitment and personal needs of the organization.

  Background of modern management  1-معلومات أساسية للإدارة الحديثة:

الإدارة هي دعوى للحصول على الناس معا لتحقيق هدف معين أو أهداف المنظمة.

ولتشغيل المؤسسة بطريقة سلسة وولتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة، والإدارة السليمة في هذه البلدان يتسم ضرورية للغاية.

And for running the organization in a smooth was and to achieve the desired targets, a proper management in this respective is very necessary

هناك خمس وظائف رئيسية للإدارة. فقد كان هو نفسه في الطريقة التقليدية في الإدارة والإدارة الحديثة.

There are five major functions of the management; it has been the same in traditional way of management and the modern management

. 

هذه خمس وظائف في التي كانت تسير على من الأوقات التقليدية في الإدارة إلى الإدارة الحديثة الحالية هي على النحو التالي؛

التخطيط، التنظيم، التوظيف، مما يؤدي \ توجيه والسيطرة

Those five functions in which have been going on from the traditional times of management to the present modern management are as follow;

Planning, organizing, Staffing, leading\directing and controlling (POSLC).

الطبيعة أ- وأهمية الإدارة. a- Nature and importance of management

إدارة غير الموجهة نحو هدف معين: الإدارة ليست غاية في حد ذاته. بل هو وسيلة لتحقيق أهداف معينة. إدارة ليس لها مبرر وجودها من دون أهداف. ويطلق على أهداف إدارة الأهداف جماعة أو الأهداف التنظيمية.

Management is goal-oriented: Management is not an end in itself. It is a means to achieve certain goals. Management has no justification to exist without goals. Management goals are called group goals or organizational goals.

الهدف الأساسي. الإدارة هو ضمان الكفاءة والاقتصاد في استخدام الموارد البشرية والمادية والمالية.

The basic goal. of management is to ensure efficiency and economy in the utilization of human, physical and financial resources.

إن الإدارة العالمية: إدارة عنصرا أساسيا من كل نشاط المنظمة بغض النظر عن حجم أو نوع النشاط.

Management is universal: Management is an essential element of every organized activity irrespective of the size or type of activity. 

المبادئ الأساسية للإدارة هي المعمول بها في جميع مجالات جهد منظم. المديرين على جميع المستويات أداء نفس الوظائف الأساسية.

The fundamental principles of management are applicable in all areas of organized effort. Managers at all levels perform the same basic functions.

Management is an Integrative Force: The essence of management lies in the coordination of individual efforts in to a team.

  يصالح إدارة الأهداف الفردية مع الأهداف التنظيمية. أنه يدمج الموارد البشرية وغيرها.

Management reconciles the individual goals with organizational goals. It integrates human and other resources.

Management is a Social Process: Management is done by people, through people and for people. it is a social process because it is concerned with interpersonal relations. Human factor is the most important element in management. According to

Appley, "Management isthe development of people not the direction of things.
